Our Story

About ElderLink

ElderLink was born from a simple, painful realisation: millions of Indian parents live alone while their children work far away, and there's no reliable, affordable way to care for them.

Why we started

Our founder grew up in Bangalore and moved to Pune for work. His mother, alone in their RR Nagar home, needed regular hospital visits for her diabetes. Coordinating with neighbours, booking autos, and waiting for call-backs from unreliable services was exhausting — and frightening.

ElderLink was the solution he wished existed. We started in 2024 with four services and one goal: make it effortless for families to give their parents the attention and care they deserve, from anywhere in the world.

“Linking you to your parents' care.”

— Our founding mission

Our values

Trust

Every caretaker is police-verified, trained, and personally interviewed. We background-check so you don't have to.

Compassion

We hire for empathy. Our caretakers are trained to treat every elder as they would their own grandparent.

Family

We see ourselves as an extension of your family. We keep you informed, involved, and at ease — always.

Currently serving South Bangalore

We operate on weekends across RR Nagar, Vijayanagar, Banashankari, and Kanakapura Road. Weekday services are launching soon. If you're outside our current coverage area, join the waitlist.
